Helping people is what I love. My support role here at Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt lets me do that every day. The office sees a variety of agents and clients alike and interacting with them is a highlight of my job.  I get the opportunity to assist Agents, whether it is training on a new tech tool, creating marketing materials, reports, processing their paperwork, or just keep the office running smoothly. It is never the same and always a treat.

I was introduced to the world of real estate when my father became a Realtor®.  My husband, Steve Sterken, later joined my Father as a Realtor® in 2004.  They were a fantastic team, and chose to form their own real estate brokerage, ART Realty, in 2008. I came alongside to help with bookkeeping on a part-time basis, while still employed elsewhere. The business grew rapidly and in 2011, I left my full-time job and became their bookkeeper/business coordinator.  It was a move I have loved ever since!  As the company grew, we knew the best business decision to help our Realtors grow, was to join forces with the best powerhouse in town. They held the same ideals and values as we did, and it was a perfect fit. In September of 2021, we merged with Coldwell Banker, and are now known as the Coldwell Banker ART Office.  I've seen the success of the agents soar and I get to still keep doing what I love.
